MZephyr or M.Zephyr is the pen name under which I write fan-fiction, primarily (so far exclusively) based on the manga series Ranma 1/2. I am an unrepentant romantic who believes that Akane and Ranma are destined to be together.

I have a background in mathematics and programming. I taught mathematics at the college level for a time, and am currently employed as a programmer. I am married, and we have two sons and a cat (or she has us - it's always hard to tell with cats). My lovely wife helps to make my stories better as my pre-reader, a role which I think she performs extremely well despite her lack of enthusiasm for the series Ranma 1/2.

Partial: volumes 1-22 of Inuyasha, volumes 1-9 of Saiyuki, volumes 1-22 of Fruits Basket, volumes 1-2 of Kasumi
Anime series which I own:
Noir, DNAngel, season 1 of Ah My Goddess, season 1 of Ranma 1/2, episodes of Inuyasha which aired on Cartoon Network
Other anime series (not movies) which I have seen:
Abenobashi, Chobits, Comic Party, DNA 2, Happy Lesson, King of Bandit Jing, Najica Blitz Tactics, Nuku Nuku, Orphen 2, Pretear, Princess Nine, Saiyuki (up to about episode 42), Sorcerer Hunters, World of Narue
The above mostly ignores manga/anime for which I have seen only a handful of volumes/episodes.
